3 Days till GM Applications Re-Open

The Staff of UPS has made a decision to Re-Open GM Applications in 3 days!
When that 3rd day comes, you may post you GM Application, and within the next week we will choose who we think is best.

A slight suggestion- include the DATE APPS re-open? It's said 3 days for the past 2 =P
